Music brings me joy. Vibrations set in a certain rhythm, frequency, tempo and melody that reacts and syncs with every, already vibrating atom in our body.

Equally, nature brings me joy. Seeing something so grand and monumental it makes difficult to fathom it exists in the first place, then understanding even “castles made of sand melts into the sea eventually” as Jimi Hendrix told us. Giving us an alternative way to perceive the world, what we decide to do in this life, and what we allow world leaders and “leaders” of nation-states to do - how we, the common populace, can have more influence and determine the trajectory of society. Alone each individual gets to decide how they shape their life and impact the world around them. Collectively, we decide what path human society takes its next step.

Thou shall not take for granted the freedoms and blessings given to me.

Being out in nature, gaining new experiences, building memories and creating connections forming into bonds that compile the novel of our life is a way to live not taking this life for granted.
